Before reporting a print problem
Check that your PDF and printer use the same paper size. Choose actual size or 100% scale. Turn off browser headers and footers when printing a browser page; printing the downloaded PDF avoids them.
Personal details
Avoid sending recipient names, contact lists, or other private information. A blank example and your selected options are usually enough to diagnose a layout issue.
